Many nights, I fall asleep around 8:00 – 9:00 in the evening, as I am sitting on my couch watching tv, with my pups next to me…. Then I wake up around midnight…. and am wide awake for another couple of hours…so I end up going to bed at about 2:00 – 3:00 in the morning…
My alarm is set for 6:45am….
No wonder I don’t want to get up when it goes off…
I gotta get my sleep patterns back to some semblance of normal…
